Everything was perfectly fine, magnificent location close to everything, the staff were exceptionally friendly. We got a room with a tub. Location: the hotel was just off all the main attractions, city centre and zocalo. You can find Tobaziche easy walk to the property to a have lunch.

Great complementary breakfast with a good variety of food options and attentive staff. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Sadly, the views from the room weren't as expected as they were different from the pictures provided. the room was quite noisy, due to the street traffic and the reception area's noise.
